Employment Opportunities

RN

Part time position available in our social setting detoxification program. Flexible work hours. Valid Illinois license as a Registered Nurse required.

LPN

Full or part time position available for LPN in our Social Setting Detoxification Program at the Hour House. Schedule to include evening, nights and weekends. Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills required. Valid Illinois license as a Practical Nurse required.

EMT

Full or part time position available for EMT in our Social Setting Detoxification Program at the Hour House. Schedule to include evening, nights and weekends. Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills required. Valid Illinois license as a Emergency Medical Technician required.

Addiction Counselor

Full time professional position available in our adult substance abuse treatment continuum. Responsibilities include assessment, individual therapy, and family and group counseling. Master’s degree in social/human service field and professional licensure are preferred. Persons with relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or work experience would be considered. Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Internship Program Services

CEAD Council offers internship opportunities for higher education students from area accredited colleges or universities. Students will be interviewed and placed in the agency based on their interests and educational needs. Due to the diversity of the services offered by CEAD Council, a wide variety of needs may be met.
